By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or purchasing digital software licenses, activation keys, or subscription vouchers from this platform, you (referred to as "Customer", "User", or "Licensee") explicitly agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Replacement Policy in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

VoucherActivation operates strictly as an authorized Electronic Software Distributor (ESD). We supply 100% genuine retail and OEM digital license product keys for Microsoft Corporation, Quick Heal Technologies, Kaspersky Lab, Norton, and other global software publishers.

• No Physical Media: Products sold on our platform are strictly delivered electronically (ESD) via encrypted digital vaults and email dispatch. No physical DVD, USB drive, or retail cardboard packaging is shipped.
• Manufacturer Copyright: All software titles, trademarks, logos, and proprietary code remain the intellectual property of their respective creators (e.g., Microsoft Corporation for Windows and Office).
• End User License Agreement (EULA): By activating a product key, you also agree to the respective software vendor's official EULA.

Upon successful payment authorization via our certified payment gateway partners (UPI, Cards, Net Banking), your 20/25-digit alphanumeric license key, official setup download link, and activation guide are automatically generated by our secure cloud server in under 10 seconds.

All prices listed on VoucherActivation.com are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 18% under HSN/SAC Code 997331 (Licensing services for the right to use computer software).

Business entities providing a valid 15-digit GSTIN at checkout will receive an authorized B2B GST Tax Invoice eligible for Input Tax Credit (ITC) as per the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017.

Prior to purchasing software licenses, the customer is responsible for:

• Verifying hardware and operating system compatibility (e.g., TPM 2.0 & Secure Boot for Windows 11).
• Ensuring an active internet connection to authenticate digital tokens with vendor activation servers.
• Uninstalling previous cracked versions, third-party KMS scripts, or conflicting trial software suites that block authentic cloud handshake.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
